What do we do?

Our mission is to inspire, raise awareness, and invest in the sector’s current and future women leaders, advancing their effectiveness and status.

We work:

  • co-productively with women across the whole sector, and key organisations and individuals, to empower women and create equitable and inclusive cultures and practices
  • with individual and organisational partners nationally and locally as an independent voice of challenge on issues of gender inclusion and equality
  • to promote the sector as a welcoming, equitable and exciting place to work and learn where women’s diversity, contributions, and talents will be valued and nurtured.

It has never been more important than now for the Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning sector to take up the challenges and opportunities of social diversity and inclusion.
