The Women's Leadership Network aims to develop a strong, dynamic and influential network of women leaders, to ensure equality of opportunity throughout the FE system.

Join the network

The remit of the Women’s Leadership Network is to provide professional support to female leaders working within the further education system. Many large colleges and supporting agencies are already corporate members of the Network.

If we are to continue to develop and meet our aims, we need your support. By joining the Network you, your colleagues and your organisation will be able to:

• Participate in regional networks supported through the WLN
• Access mentoring and have the opportunity to become mentors
• Send up to three participants to the annual conference at a substantial discount
• Steer the annual activities of the WLN

You also will be able to support the aims of the Network by:

• Assisting us to bid for funds to continue our gender research
• Showing your solidarity with our aims and supporting our campaign
• Helping us to provide support for women leaders in FE and encouraging women to apply for senior posts

Annual membership costs £500 for an FE college, provider institution or government-funded agency.

Members enjoy substantially reduced fees on all training courses, and the savings made on just five one-day places would pay the annual membership fee for a whole FE college or provider institution.
