Dear colleague

Welcome to our Spring e-bulletin.

International Women’s Day - 8 March, 2012

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the WLN is launching a new award for the Further Education sector:

Inspiring Leader Award 2012

Do you know of a woman who has made a difference?  Who has achieved great things? Who has inspired others to achieve?

Or a man or woman who has worked tirelessly to support and develop women leaders? Who has created the conditions in which they can thrive? Or a woman who has overcome the odds to succeed?

The WLN wants to recognise their contribution to the cause of women’s success in leadership by creating a national award, to be announced and presented at this year’s Annual Women’s Leadership Network Conference on 24 May 2012.

Email nominations to Marion Wilford at marion.wilford@wlnfe.org.uk to arrive by the 5 May 2012.
