With the support of Protocol National, the WLN has produced the first-ever gender leadership checklist: Promoting Gender Equality and Leadership in your College. Based on our 2010 research, this is a practical and supportive 8-point self-assessment checklist which encourages colleges to promote gender equality and leadership – it should be of special interest to principals, senior managers, governors, CPD and E and D directors who want to ensure that they are doing everything they can to promote women’s career progression. Have a look and start assessing how well your organisation promotes gender equality.
