The Forum’s role is to represent individual and corporate members. Its role is to ensure that the organisation responds to members’ regional needs, and to align more closely to the identified needs of women leaders and aspiring leaders. The Forum is an operational group, made up of individuals who are happy to take away actions and ensure that regional activity is maintained.
As part of the WLN’s ambitions for growth, the Forum welcomes members from outside the education and skills sector, and is open to men as well as women.
Membership is open to any member of WLN who is interested in supporting women in and into leadership roles. Membership of the Forum currently includes, but is not limited to:
